Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide clients with high-quality services in a timely manner. In order to do so, we’ve established our cancellation policy to ensure all appointments are utilized and everyone’s time is respected. Appointment reminders are text 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. We are now requiring credit cards for all new and pre-existing bookings. 

 

We kindly ask for 24 hours for rescheduling and cancellations. Anything less than 24 hours clients will be charged 50% of their service via credit card. No-shows or cancellations 12 hours prior to appointments will be charged 100% of their booked appointments. This includes removing a service at the time of your appointment as we allow the allotted time for each service. we thank you enormously for understanding that our time is appreciated and valued.
